Please read the below guidelines carefully before ordering service.

Parts and Labor Policy

  • The price per stage on all regulators is fixed.  You will be charged this amount prior to any work being performed.

  • Cost for parts may vary depending on the regulator being serviced.  The price quoted above is the average price for rebuilding the chosen regulator.  This price may vary depending on the condition of the regulator being serviced.  You will not be contacted unless the price for rebuild is over 25% greater than the estimated total amount. 

  • If it is necessary to contact you, the regulator will have already been disassembled.  You will be given the actual amount to repair the regulator at that time. 
    1. If you choose to have the work done, we will charge you accordingly. 
    2. If you choose to discontinue service, the regulator will be returned disassembled.   We are not allowed to reassemble a regulator in need of repair.

    Turnaround Time

    There is a 7 day turnaround time from the day we receive the regulators.   If it is not possible to complete the work in that time frame we will attempt to contact the customer to inform them of the situation.  

    1. If you choose to have the work done, we will charge you accordingly. 
    2. If you choose to discontinue service, the regulator will be returned disassembled.   We are not allowed to reassemble a regulator in need of repair.

      3. If we are not able to contact the customer, the order will be marked as "canceled" on the "order status page".  We will hold the regulator for 2 weeks before shipping back to the customer.  The regulator will be returned disassembled.  We are not allowed to reassemble a regulator in need of repair. You will not be refunded the labor or shipping charges.

    Shipping Policy  

    The shipping cost on the order covers the return shipping to the customer. 

    Please follow the below guidelines when shipping.

    1. Package the item according to the shipping company policies.  We are not responsible for damage that may occur in shipping. 
    2. Include a copy of the completed invoice with the regulators. 
    3. Place the "invoice number" on the outside of the package so it can be easily read by the DiveUS shipping department.
