SHIN PLATE. Contoured shin plate protector is injected with high modulus PU for a high level of impact and abrasion resistance. SIDE PROTECTOR. Extended inside plate protects the side and toe-box area of the boot. High grip design is injected with medium/low durometer PU for good support and side contact. HEEL/ANKLE PROTECTOR. Injected PU heel protector extends to the external ankle with an additional shock absorbing insert in the back side. INSIDE LEG PROTECTOR. Thick and wide Suede protects against heat and increases grip. INSTEP FLEX AREA. Thermalwelded bellow for increased comfort and flexibility. UPPER. Leather. SOLE. Alpinestars exclusive rubber compound with replaceable insert, a contoured stamped steel shank and steel sole guard. CLOSURE. 4 buckles with memory featuring a quick release/locking system. Buckles are injected with high impact resistant technopolymer. Top of the boot is sealed with a VelcroŽ strap connected to elastic stretch leather. LINING. Cambrelle lining laminated with open cell foam. High-density contoured padding provides shock absorption for the heel and ankle area. Features patented "ankle brace" protector. PROTECTIVE GATTOR.
